When you submit an application or contact form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and WhatsApp number
• Your city and country of residence
• Your academic history, qualifications and results
• Your study preferences, including intended destination, degree level and intake
• Any documents you choose to upload, such as transcripts, certificates, passport copies, language test results and financial documents
• Any additional information you include in your message

We use this information solely to assess your profile, identify suitable study options, prepare and support your applications to institutions, and communicate with you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Documents you upload are transmitted directly to a private encrypted storage service. They are not published, not listed publicly, and not accessible through any public link. Access is limited to authorised Studyonic staff, and each access request generates a short-lived link that expires within minutes.

Where an application requires it, relevant documents may be shared with the specific university or institution you are applying to. We will not share your documents with any other third party without your knowledge.

We retain application data and uploaded documents for 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from both our records and our document storage. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details on our contact page or email studyonicconsultation@gmail.com.

We use analytics to understand how visitors use the website — for example which destination pages are viewed most. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, document contents or document filenames to any analytics service.

Uploaded files are validated and stored privately. Access is restricted to authorised staff accounts. No system can promise perfect security, but we limit who can reach your documents and how long any access link remains valid.
